Thirteen- Ice Queen

Okay, so this is a re-drawing /and/ re-coloring of a re-color I did October 6th, 2007 (no I'm not linking it it's so terrible why is it still in my gallery ewe.) of a drawing I did earlier in July that same year. (No not this one either.) And I don't even really like this anymore either. It's still like- over a year old. But the coloring is new. (Hint: This means I've discovered how to properly use CS2, yay!)
